Initial appointment including medical history
In an initial consultation, we will assess your health and rule out any potential contraindications. Afterwards, you can relax on the treatment table and experience IHHT through a trial session. Following this, you can decide whether to subscribe to an IHHT PLUS package. The initial appointment costs CHF 140. At this appointment, you will also purchase a mask for CHF 100.

Follow-up appointments
Our goal is for you to be able to fully immerse yourself in our practice and leave your IHHT treatment feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed, ready to return to your daily life. You will be personally welcomed by one of our team members, who will prepare your IHHT session for you. A session lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes (45 minutes with the device and 30 minutes for preparation, follow-up, and consultation), during which you can relax comfortably on a treatment table. Follow-up sessions after your initial appointment can be booked as part of a 10-session package.
What does the PLUS mean?
To make the most of your time on the treatment table, you'll benefit from our unique IHHT PLUS concept. While the IHHT device renews and improves your mitochondria, you can simultaneously enjoy color therapy. This gentle yet highly effective therapy helps to positively influence any symptoms and the underlying emotional and psychological conflicts. You can also enjoy neowake® music through high-quality headphones, which uses specific frequencies to relax your mind and body and positively influence healing processes. Finally, you'll be treated to infrared rays and anions using a professional heating mat. These two natural energy sources reduce inflammation, boost metabolism, and detoxify the body.
